We detest all those sites that reap Microsoft hate. To be honest we detest any sort of bashing, at least any that is undeserved.
We can however, justify our "bashing".
We're PISSED. (not drunk, right now)
Still waiting for the device at the service centre? THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
If anyone from Microsoft is reading this - specifically anyone from the UK service centre... WHAT THEY HELL IS GOING ON? You can't still be waiting for it - UPS took it away days ago! Do you actually have my 360 or not? If you do then DO NOT implement a system that is supposed to update people with the repair status if it isn't going to actually do that job!
We're not sure how to make it any clearer. Phoning you doesn't help. Emailing you doesn't help. We are at your mercy and it is WRONG. Where is the customer service? You cannot treat all of your customers like this. Well maybe you don't, you may just be trying to piss us off.

You can get away with it too, it's not like any of this is going to drive us to buy a PS3. The only thing we can do is to sit and wait or actually go out and buy another 360.

I've been waiting 10 weeks for mine and am still waiting, no one seems to be able to tell what is going on, where my xbox is or when/if I'm getting it back.
They've never given promised call backs or promised email updates. Thinking that other glowing reports of Microsoft's customer service is a myth.
In that time haven't been able to play: Blue Dragon, Stranglehold, The Darkness, Bioshock as well as Halo 3.
No, I'm not happy with them either,
They're all playing halo3 on your xbox down at the service centre, which they've probably already fixed, but aren't going to send it back to you until your lust for the master chef has faded.
Dam them all to hell! They best not be doing that Kev. My lust won't die as long as i have Master Chef's helmet.
As for Mr Anonymous, I really feel for you. 10 weeks is absolutely ridiculous, I'm thinking we may have to start a much bigger war here... I'm really worried that no one knows where your XBox is. What if a bank was to do that with your money?
