Apple likes to make money.
Phones are a good way to make money no doubt, and these "Leaked" photos show a concept drawn up last year for Apple's iPhone, very pretty. If they can make it as cheaply as other manufacturers do, Ballmer will need to build another money bin to swim in.
Note they show the now trademark white headphones, indicating that you'll probably get some sort of iPod functionality out of it too. How much is anyone's guess - don't expect 20GB worth though at that size!
Nice idea though, we wouldn't put it past them shifting one out sometime soon or announcing one say oooooh.... April time?
